Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Warsaw is seeking a disciplined Demand Planning Analyst to support the end-to-end S&OP process. You will participate in demand reviews, analyze data and trends, and help translate insights into action to ensure product availability.

You will create and refine supply chain reports, forecast sales based on market trends, coordinate internal orders, and work with Demand, Supply, and Production Planning to set priorities.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.
• Higher education (preferred: Economics, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good communication skills - team player.
• Proactiveness and ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Demand Reviews and other S&OP forums
• Assist the Demand Planning Team in data and trends analysis
• Address demand to related queries and issues in a timely manner
• Assist the Supply and Production Planning in setting priorities
• Create, update, and improve supply chain-related reports and databases
• Create sales forecast based on analysis of sales and market trends
• Ensure Product Availability and communicate risks
• Coordinate internal orders processing
