Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to build the Polish market from the ground up in Kraków. You will help bring Fresha to ambitious beauty and wellness businesses and shape growth across Poland.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, drive outbound and inbound opportunities, and collaborate with product and marketing to accelerate expansion. A strong sales track record and a competitive commission structure await top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payments platforms is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth by bringing new businesses onto Fresha's platform.
• Outbound outreach via phone, email & social touches, plus in-person meetings when appropriate.
• Consultative selling with demos to demonstrate value of Fresha products.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build trusted partner relationships and align Fresha solutions to client goals.
• Collaborate with Fresha departments for a seamless partner experience.
• Identify market trends to inform product and experiences.
• Turn inbound leads into opportunities and document outcomes in CRM.
• Act as lead contact for partners on commercial activities.
