Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Junior Account Manager to own partner relationships in Poland and drive platform adoption from our Warsaw office. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works autonomously, and wants to make a measurable impact.

You will onboard partners, optimize profiles and monetisation strategies, educate accounts on Fresha Pay and premium features, and collaborate with Sales, Data Migration and Product teams to deliver a great partner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or partner-facing roles.
• Proactive, growth-minded and eager to learn.
• Commercially driven with outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Team player in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
• Interest in the beauty, wellness and self-care space.

Responsibilities

• Onboard partners to Fresha and Fresha Pay to maximize platform value.
• Optimize partner profiles and revenue strategies to drive monetisation.
• Educate and convert partner accounts to Fresha's payments and premium features.
• Manage a portfolio of partners with tailored, consultative support.
• Build long-term relationships and act as a strategic partner across the journey.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Migration and Product teams to improve partner experience.
