iIT Distribution, a growing Value Added Distributor focused on cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, seeks a General Country Manager for Poland. You will lead operations, grow the local team, and expand relationships with partners, vendors, and enterprise customers.

You will shape the sales strategy, drive sustainable growth, and represent the brand in key industry events, while ensuring alignment with company values.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel management.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish IT and cybersecurity market.
• Experience leading sales and technical teams.
• Proven ability to build partner and enterprise customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and grow iITD in the Polish market.
• Strengthen brand and expand presence in Poland.
• Develop and coach sales and pre-sales teams.
• Build partnerships with system integrators, partners, and enterprise customers.
• Represent iITD at industry events and supplier meetings.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to marketing.
