ALS Customs Services GmbH in Poland seeks an experienced leader to drive local entity growth. You will shape and implement local business, budget and sales plans in coordination with international management.

Responsibilities include managing KPIs, reporting, improving processes, developing the local management team, and ensuring compliance with legal, customs and risk requirements. You will represent the company with customers, authorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for the strategic, operational and financial development of our local entity in Poland, in close coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Developing and implementing local business, budget and sales plans in close coordination with the international management team.
• Managing financial and operational performance based on relevant KPIs and providing regular reports.
• Further developing efficient, standardised and customer-focused processes.
• Actively developing the business through new customer acquisition, key account management, pricing and cross-selling.
• Leading and developing the local management team and employees, and fostering future leaders.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, customs and internal requirements, particularly in the areas of compliance, data protection and risk management.
• Working closely with other ALS entities and central functions, and managing key projects and change initiatives.
• Representing the company in dealings with customers, authorities, associations and other relevant stakeholders.
