Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is establishing a regional HR Service Center in Krakow. The Payroll Partner will manage monthly payroll for Poland and CE countries, collaborating with HR partners, Payroll Vendors, and Finance. You will handle payroll data, respond to employee queries, and generate payroll reports.

The role requires at least 2 years in payroll, strong Excel, and fluency in Polish and English. HRIS familiarity such as Workday or ADP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in payroll area/process.
• Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup and others).
• Very good spoken and written Polish & English.
• HR system knowledge i.e. Workday or ADP Payroll system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll run timely and in accordance with the local requirements.
• Coordinate timely flow of critical information to ensure all Payroll transactions necessary for the monthly Payroll run are collected and correct.
• Manage Employee queries related to payroll and time & attendance via HR ticketing system or face-to-face at the office.
• Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc HR/Payroll reports.
• Support local audit activities, both internal and external.
• Identify improvement opportunities within Payroll area.
