Job summary

Alfa Laval Kraków is hiring a Payroll Partner who will handle payroll activities for Poland and Central Eastern Europe, working closely with the Senior Payroll Partner, HR Partners, Payroll Vendors, Finance Teams and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

You will manage employee payroll queries, prepare standard and ad hoc payroll reports, support local audits, and identify opportunities to improve processes within the payroll area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in payroll area or process.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for Poland and CEE in line with local requirements.
• Coordinate information flow with HR SSC to ensure timely payroll transactions.
• Manage employee payroll queries via HR ticketing system and in person.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc HR/Payroll reports.
• Support internal and external payroll audits.
• Identify and implement improvements in the payroll area.
