Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Poland & Baltics Sales Consultant to strengthen local sales execution across Poland and the Baltics. You will improve customer responsiveness, partner engagement, quotation support, and follow-up to move opportunities through the sales cycle.

In this role, you will engage with customers and partners, coordinate with the Poland BDM and sales teams, and provide first-line supervision to inside sales staff.

Qualifications

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, estimation, service sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support customer and partner inquiries with timely follow-up, clear communication, and accurate coordination.
• Prepare, track, and update quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to keep opportunities moving.
• Handle administrative tasks that support the sales cycle and improve response times.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers as a regular point of contact for sales matters.
• Collaborate with the Poland BDM and regional sales team to identify and progress opportunities.
• Engage with partners to support market activity across Poland and the Baltics.
• Provide supervision to inside sales associates, including training and support on complex sales activity.
• Contribute to opportunity conversion by following up and coordinating input.
