Job summary

Getinge is seeking a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to strengthen its Acute Care Therapies business in Eastern Poland, specifically Lubelskie and Podkarpackie regions. The role covers field-based activities with travel, managing the territory independently while supported by a collaborative team.

You will drive sales, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to sustainable growth. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, a university degree (technical preferred), experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Experience in medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or related fields is an advantage.
• Experience with public procurement and tender processes.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities and achieve territory goals through customer visits and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Manage public tender opportunities and collaborate with Tender Team on proposals.
• Negotiate sales and service agreements and ensure delivery and implementation.
• Identify growth opportunities, introduce new products, and support marketing initiatives.
