Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to support project governance, reporting, and change initiatives across a global IT organization. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to improve visibility and adoption of new ways of working.

This role focuses on governance materials, updates, and communications, helping teams deliver successful outcomes. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, and change initiatives.
• Experience preparing presentations, communications, and management reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience planning and delivering communication, training, or adoption activities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• You maintain project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
• You coordinate governance meetings and track actions and decisions.
• You prepare project updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• You support change initiatives through communication, training, and adoption activities.
• You promote PMO standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
• You monitor key metrics and provide insights that support informed decisions.
• You work with stakeholders across the business to build alignment and engagement.
