Job summary

EY GDS Poland, part of EY’s global integrated service delivery network, is seeking a Senior in Technology Risk in Katowice. You will join an international team delivering IT audit and technology risk services to leading global clients, with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

The role spans coordinating engagements, managing meetings, preparing management material, and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of previous industry or project management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English – written and verbal.
• Fluent German – B2/C1 – written and verbal.
• Experience with PMO activities, leading project meetings and tracking actions.
• Experience developing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with project documentation and presentations adhering to standards.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to support initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational activities supporting engagements and practice operations.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, agendas, materials, actions, and follow-up.
• Support centralized administrative processes and EY procedures.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and management materials using Microsoft Office.
• Draft communications with internal stakeholders and engagement teams.
• Support PMO across multiple engagements ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Provide client relationship support and quality improvement, including tender/proposal activities.
