Job summary

EY GDS Poland, part of EY’s global integrated service delivery network, is seeking a Senior in Technology Risk in Katowice. You will join an international team delivering IT audit and technology risk services to leading global clients, with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

The role spans coordinating engagements, managing meetings, preparing management material, and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of previous industry or project management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English – written and verbal.
• Fluent German – B2/C1 – written and verbal.
• Experience with PMO activities, leading project meetings and tracking actions.
• Experience developing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with project documentation and presentations adhering to standards.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to support initiatives across the organization.

• Support PMO across multiple engagements ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Provide client relationship support and quality improvement, including tender/proposal activities.

As a Senior in Technology Risk, you will be part of a high-performing, international team delivering IT audit and technology risk services to leading global clients.

The opportunity

CSS roles are created to provide tailored suite of services to consulting teams across competencies and regions within EY. Responsibilities include collaboration and service provision to Consulting leaders to manage their portfolio and practice operations more efficiently and effectively. The role also requires delivery of support to Consulting Engagement teams to set-up, govern and deliver end to end engagement economics, quality and coordination. Responsibilities vary by seniority: junior levels focus on learning and supporting basic tasks, mid-levels handle more complex activities and lead meetings, and seniors oversee global operations, manage teams, and facilitate projects from initiation to completion. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential for success at all levels.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Project Management and Coordination:
• Coordinate administrative and operational activities supporting consulting engagements and practice operations
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, action tracking and follow-up communication
• Support centralized administrative processes and mandatory EY operational procedures
• Prepare presentations, reports and management materials using Microsoft Office tools
• Draft and coordinate professional communications with internal stakeholders and engagement teams
• Support project teams in maintaining project documentation, trackers and reporting deliverables
• Provide PMO and operational support across multiple engagements while ensuring high quality and timely delivery
• Client Relationship and Quality Improvement
• Support proposal and pursuit-related activities, including coordination of documents, timelines and contributors
• Assist with tender and bid management activities as part of long-term development within the role
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with proposal requirements and submission deadlines

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Graduate, preferably Bachelor in Business Administration/Economics/Project Management or Master’s degree
• Confidence in dealing with senior-level contacts, both internally and externally
• Strong analytical/numerical skills and high degree of accuracy

To qualify for the role, you mut have

• Previous relevant industry or project management experience of 3-5 years
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English communication - both written and verbal
• Fluent German communication skills (minimum B2/C1 level), both written and verbal
• Experience in simple PMO activities, incl. leading project meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring effective communication among team members
• Experience in developing strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience with project documentation, reports, and presentations that adhere to organizational standards
• Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Openness to support initiatives across the organization

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Interest in developing expertise in proposal management, tender support and bid management
• Experience supporting consulting, professional services or multinational environments
• Knowledge of an additional European language
• Experience with PMO tools such as: Power BI, MS Visio, SharePoint, MS Planner, Jira, Confluence
• PM/PMO training or certification
