Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a Senior Digital Identity & Privileged Access Management Consultant in Katowice, with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). You will join an international team to assess, design and optimize IAM solutions for clients, combining technical IAM expertise with process improvement and client-facing delivery.

The role requires hands-on IAM experience, strong English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management and Digital Identities.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and other IAM technologies (Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta).
• Familiarity with OnPrem AD, JAVA, SQL, Web services, LDAP, SAML, MFA, PIM, PAM, and PKI is a plus.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle, self-service, automated approvals, RBAC, attestation and recertification.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with international teams.
• Good English; German or another European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform reviews and assessments of Identity & Access Management implementations for configuration correctness, security and performance.
• Ensure solutions adhere to internal standards and industry best practices.
• Identify areas for process optimization in IAM configuration and maintenance.
• Create solutions to enhance security and usability of digital identity within the enterprise.
• Cross-train with team members to share knowledge and learn new skills.
• Design new functionalities and solutions for IAM.
• Optimize existing processes and system components.
• Create prototypes and PoCs for new or improved modules.
• Research technological possibilities and analyze trends.
