Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior in Technology Risk to join our high-performing, international team. You will support IT audit and technology risk services for global clients, coordinating engagement management and PMO processes in a hybrid Warsaw/Katowice setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, tender support exposure, and bid management activities, with English and German language requirements and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or Project Management. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant PMO/project coordination experience.
• Fluent English; German fluency at B2/C1 level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational activities supporting consulting engagements and practice operations.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with agendas, materials and action tracking.
• Prepare presentations, reports and management materials using MS Office tools.
