Infoblox is seeking a Platform Deployment Engineer to join our Professional Services team in Warsaw, Poland. You will lead onboarding, deployment, and adoption activities for customers, guiding them from initial setup to successful outcomes with our Kentik platform.

The role requires strong networking, observability, and cloud skills, plus a passion for solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing technical role focused on software implementation or delivery.
• Strong experience with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, DNS, HTTP).
• Experience with network observability and monitoring technologies including NetFlow, sFlow, J-Flow, IPFIX, and SNMP.
• Hands-on experience administering Linux/UNIX systems.
• Experience with vendor networking platforms (Cisco/Juniper/Arista).
• Scripting and automation using Python or Bash.
• Experience with APIs and REST-based integrations.
• Knowledge of network security concepts (DDoS, firewalls, segmentation, RPKI).
• Experience with packet captures using Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment engagements for new customers.
• Configure and implement Kentik platform including telemetry integrations and Private Agent deployment.
• Guide customers toward successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide technical guidance.
• Identify deployment risks and product gaps and escalate as needed.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation and best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve deployment efficiency and outcomes.
