Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an HR professional to provide strategic HR support to plants in Poland, driving talent management, leadership development, and mobility initiatives. You will partner with plant leaders to execute global HR strategies, ensuring effective labor relations and a focus on high performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR experience across populations and seniority levels.
• Experience working with unions/works councils to deliver change.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders across the business.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
• Forward-looking mindset with external perspective on people and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to align people plans with business objectives.
• Oversee site labor relations strategy including communication and works council relations.
• Coach leaders on culture, values, and high performance work systems.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, mobility, succession planning, and reviews.
• Use data analytics to drive actionable plans and monitor regulatory changes.
• Support time and attendance systems and policies with plant leadership.
• Lead change management during plant transformations.
