Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders, linking people decisions to business objectives.
• Oversee site labor relations strategy and works council compliance.
• Drive plant culture, coach leaders and maintain high performance systems.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, talent acquisition and mobility.
• Use data analytics to translate insights into action and influence strategy.
• Support time & attendance management and KPI-aligned planning.
• Lead change management during plant transformations.
