Job summary

Mondelez International in Poland seeks an HR professional to provide support to specific plants on talent management, leadership development and mobility, acting as a trusted partner to drive global HR strategies locally.

You will engage with plant leaders to align workforce plans, develop leadership capability, and handle labor relations with trade unions, while applying data analytics to improve people outcomes. Hybrid working arrangement with multiple Polish sites is offered.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR experience across multiple populations and levels.
• Proven ability to partner with plant leadership and unions on HR topics.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement in people processes.
• Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage change in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align people plans with business objectives.
• Oversee site labor relations strategy and works council/compliance elements.
• Drive engagement and culture through leadership coaching and performance systems.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and career development.
• Translate data analytics into actionable people solutions and indicate regulatory changes.
• Support attendance policies and time management processes at the plant level.
• Lead HR initiatives during plant transformations and change management.
