Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR experience across populations and seniorities.
• Strong experience working with trade unions to deliver change.
• Proven track record as a trusted, credible business partner with ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma to drive performance.
• Curiosity with external perspective on people and business performance.
• Interpersonal savvy, planning, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to align HR strategies with plant objectives.
• Oversee site labor relations strategy and compliance with works council requirements.
