Job summary

Szallas Group in Poland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Polish business (Nocowanie.pl) as it grows. You will partner with local leaders to strengthen leadership capability, drive organizational change and shape the employee experience in a strategic, business-focused function.

You’ll own the strategic people agenda while collaborating with HR Operations and the Finance function. A flexible hybrid model and a part-time schedule (50-70%) are offered to enable impactful,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP/Senior HRBP roles.
• Excellent knowledge of Polish Labour Law and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with leaders in dynamic environments.
• Recruitment experience across professional roles.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to the Polish leadership team.
• Advise on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Lead complex employee relations and ensure compliance with Polish Labour Law.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews and leadership development.
• Collaborate on recruitment strategy and hiring for key roles.
• Analyse employee engagement data and drive culture initiatives.
• Utilise HR metrics to inform business decisions.
• Support local implementation of Group HR initiatives within Poland.
• Lead cross-country HR projects to improve employee experience.
