Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is expanding its HR partnership at a new manufacturing site in Poland. You will enable business success through people, culture, and organizational effectiveness, partnering with plant leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring PBM principles guide decisions and processes.

You will support HR administration, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and change initiatives, while ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and corporate

Qualifications

• Provide timely, accurate HR support enabling plant growth and value creation.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
• Proactively improve processes, remove barriers, and support employee self-actualization.
• Build trust-based relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and principled decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to understand and advance business objectives and workforce needs.
• Advise leaders on talent gaps and development plans to close gaps.
• Act as steward of PBM culture and promote its application.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard aligned talent.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, regulations, and HR standards.
• Develop and improve local HR policies in line with PBM principles.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and behavior aligned with Our Values.
• Use data and feedback to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Support change management and transformation initiatives.
