Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an HR leader to provide strategic HR support for plant-level operations across multiple sites in Poland. You will partner with leaders to drive people plans, workforce strategies, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance with labor relations and company values.

You will influence business strategy through human capital insights, coach leaders, and drive talent programs, succession, and mobility.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR experience across populations and seniority levels.
• Strong experience working with trade unions to deliver change.
• Proven trusted business partner able to engage, inspire, and influence people.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
• Curious, insight-driven with external perspective on people and business performance.
