Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive, Świdnica Plant, seeks a Director, People Business Partner, to drive talent strategy and organizational effectiveness. Lead HR policy alignment, workforce planning, and labor relations with unions in a large manufacturing site. Travel up to 10% of time and work on-site.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape a high‑performing workplace, manage change, and ensure compliance with Polish labor law while supporting wellbeing and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Social Law, or a related field.
• Substantial HR leadership experience at a large industrial site (400+ employees).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Polish labor law with experience in Trade Union negotiations and wage agreements.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) in an international matrix environment.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation, talent coaching, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site HR strategy aligned with group objectives and budget.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession pipelines.
• Manage social and labor relations with Trade Unions and staff representatives.
• Coach managers on organizational transformations and people leadership.
