Job summary

Adient in Świebodzin, Poland, is hiring an HR Manager to lead the local people agenda. You will translate the EMEA HR strategy into practical actions, oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and retention, and partner with the Plant Manager to address people challenges.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business, 7–10 years of HR experience including management, and strong knowledge of labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the Automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR representative and ambassador at plant level.
• Translate and execute the EMEA HR strategy locally.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term HR action plans aligned with business and plant objectives.
• Lead the execution of core HR processes at plant level.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, retention and offboarding.
• Understand the workforce, identify key talent and develop retention and development plans.
• Partner closely with the Plant Manager to identify and address people-related challenges.
• Ensure effective support to the plant while aligning with central HR processes and standards.
• Collaborate with Central HR, Labor Relations and Compliance teams to ensure compliant HR practices.
• Drive cost-effective HR and labor cost improvement initiatives.
