Job summary

POL Solventum Poland Manufacturing Sp. z o.o. seeks a dedicated CI leader to head the site Continuous Improvement program at its Wrocław facility. The role focuses on improving safety, regulatory compliance, yield and process flow, while promoting a culture of measurable improvements.

The candidate will model Kaizen-led approaches, mentor teams, and help upskill colleagues across all levels to sustain CI momentum onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement (CI) or related field.
• High potential code in current or recent performance review; Black Belt/Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Continuous Improvement (CI) program to drive safety, regulatory compliance, yield, productivity and flow.
• Model and demonstrate winning approaches (Kaizen) to deliver significant results.
• Grow site CI culture and upskill the organization in improvement techniques across all levels.
