Mercedes-Benz Group AG in Jawor, Poland, seeks a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement lead to drive CI initiatives across production and support areas. You will train and coach staff, lead projects on safety, quality and efficiency, define action plans, monitor results, and implement standardized Lean methods.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, analyze processes with responsible colleagues, and support the rollout of new or improved workflows in automotive settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, planning, supply chain, quality, project management, change management, maintenance, or lean management.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops.
• Ability to lead challenging discussions and drive change constructively.
• Experience training teams in Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of standardized methods and processes.
• Understand automotive production processes and manufacturing environments.
• Thrive in diverse and intercultural environments.
• Motivate teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• University degree or currently pursuing one.

Responsabilités

• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across production and support areas.
• Train and coach employees and managers in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Lead projects focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery and efficiency improvements including schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and progress reporting.
• Prepare action plans, define targets and monitor the results of improvement activities.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methods in different business areas.
• Analyze production and business processes together with the responsible teams.
• Support teams in implementing new or improved processes.
• Plan and perform process and system audits, document the results and explain identified gaps to the responsible teams.
