Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimize production processes on-site in Skarbimierz. You will identify losses, lead improvement projects, and apply Lean methods to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

You’ll collaborate with production teams, engineers, and support functions to deliver measurable gains. You will engage with PPE initiatives, TPM concepts, and continuous improvement practices while growing your skills and taking ownership of initiatives that

Formación

• Has some production or continuous improvement experience.
• Interested in Lean manufacturing and improvement.
• Knowledge of improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SMED, VSM).
• Communicative English; able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for improvement with production teams.
• Support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Learn and apply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SMED, VSM).
• Monitor performance indicators like OEE and productivity.
• Help implement lasting process improvements and standards.
• Contribute to PPE implementation and audits in production areas.
• Collaborate across functions and share knowledge in workshops.
• Promote safety and quality in all improvement initiatives.
