POL Solventum Poland Manufacturing Sp. z o.o. seeks a dedicated CI leader to head the site Continuous Improvement program at its Wrocław facility. The role focuses on improving safety, regulatory compliance, yield and process flow, while promoting a culture of measurable improvements.

The candidate will model Kaizen-led approaches, mentor teams, and help upskill colleagues across all levels to sustain CI momentum onsite.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement (CI) or related field.
• High potential code in current or recent performance review; Black Belt/Green Belt certification preferred.

Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Leading the site Continuous Improvement (CI) program – supporting improvement leaders (at all levels) in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow while celebrating accomplishments
• Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor – modelling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results
• Growing site Continuous Improvement (CI) culture – creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach (all levels)

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university and a minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, or a related field in a private, public, government or military environment
• High Potential Code in your current or recent Employee Performance Review
• Prior Black Belt and/or Green Belt certification
• Prior experience on a plant operating committee or equivalent
• Demonstration of Solventum’s Cultural Elements
• Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills

Onsite - ul. Kwidzynska, Wrocław

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
