Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Warsaw to embed an outcome-driven CI operating model across regional L3 processes. You will partner with leaders, coach teams, and turn improvement opportunities into measurable value.

You will strengthen CI ownership, apply routines like MOS, TMW, Bowler, A3 and SQC, and drive monthly and quarterly delivery against targets. This is a hands-on change leadership role in a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean practices.
• Strong ability to coach and drive change in operations.
• Proven stakeholder management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of CI operating model across L3 processes in region.
• Participate in management routines to improve review quality and discipline.
• Own and drive efficiency initiatives with measured business benefits.
• Coach CI specialists and managers to build capability and maturity.
