Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle, located in Skarbimierz Osiedle, Poland, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help enhance production processes, reduce waste, and boost performance. You will work closely with production teams and contribute to the PPE program, gaining hands-on TPM experience and applying Lean tools.

You should have experience in production or continuous improvement, a passion for learning, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines while working fully on-site.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a production environment or continuous improvement.
• Interest in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Practical knowledge of improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, SMED, Value Stream Mapping or standardization.
• Communicative English skills and willingness to work on-site in Skarbimierz Osiedle.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement with production teams to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Learn and apply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, SMED, standardization).
• Monitor performance indicators like OEE and productivity to spot improvement areas.
• Help implement lasting process improvements and coordinate PPE-related activities.
• Collaborate with teams across production and support functions and participate in workshops.
• Promote safety and quality by aligning with hygiene and environmental standards.
