You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and the Chemnitz factory, conduct interviews, and guide team development. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, power engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable technical education.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• English or German daily communication, min. B2 level.

Aufgaben

• Plan production operations, define workflow and priorities to meet project requirements.
• Carry out safety guidelines and company standards.
• Take ownership for targets for safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead development of team competencies.
• Disciplinary responsibility for production team.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Report to Production Manager.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Chemnitz factory.
• Conduct recruiting interviews in the dedicated area.
