Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) required.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Proactive, organized and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HRBPs
• Sourcing candidates and helping build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Screening applications, scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate conversations
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular communication and coordination
• Contributing to recruitment projects and continuous process improvements
