Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to join our Warsaw team. You will work on employee relations, training & development, and performance management, partnering with management to align people strategy with business goals.

This hybrid role is office-based in Warsaw, Poland with some work-from-home flexibility after training, offering professional growth and exposure to a global CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3+ years of HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and employees on policy interpretation.
• Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations with management.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for decision making.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment goals.
• Develop and present employee trainings.
