Job summary

WhyHireWrong? seeks a Client Development Representative for a Warsaw-based consultancy and technology company specialising in pharmaceutical serialisation, supply chain compliance, and digital transformation.

You will be the first voice prospects hear, building real conversations with pharmaceutical firms across Europe and APAC. English is the default; additional languages help win multi-market deals. Training is provided and success comes from discipline and volume outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in outbound B2B: SDR, BDR, telesales, or similar.
• Fluent English is required for outreach and reporting.
• Structured outreach discipline with ability to drive high-volume activity.
• CRM experience and accurate data management.
• Active listening with focused questioning.
• Based in Poland with hybrid setup and occasional Warsaw office visits.

Responsibilities

• Open doors through structured outbound outreach to target accounts in Europe and APAC.
• Reach decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Lead discovery conversations focused on challenges, not pitching.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare briefing notes.
• Share weekly performance insights from the field.
