Stealth Startup is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the creative process from insight to launch. You will develop performance-driven campaign ideas, write scripts, and lead collaboration with designers, editors, and agencies to deliver high-impact ads for the U.S. market.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years crafting high-performing concepts, a deep understanding of DTC and consumer psychology, and are AI-native in daily tooling to accelerate creative velocity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing high-performing ad concepts, messaging, and scripts in a Creative Strategist role.
• Exceptional creative judgment and strong instinct for what makes ads perform.
• Strong ability to generate creative ideas and turn them into clear concepts and messaging.
• Deep understanding of DTC performance advertising and consumer psychology.
• Comfortable analyzing creative performance data and translating insights into action.
• Experience managing designers and video editors.
• AI-native and comfortable using AI tools daily.
• Strong written and verbal English, with a deep understanding of U.S. consumer culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven campaign ideas, creative angles, and messaging concepts
• Own the creative process from insight to launch
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, creators, and agencies to bring ideas to life
• Study competitors, creators, trends, and hooks to identify winning creative opportunities
• Review and approve final creative assets, maintaining a high bar for quality and performance

• Identify, test, and scale winning hooks, angles, formats, and messaging
• Build systems and AI-powered workflows that improve creative velocity
