Job summary

Stealth Startup in the U.S. market seeks a Performance Marketing Designer with hands-on experience in paid social ads for DTC brands. You will create static and short-form video creatives (including UGC-style) to drive clicks and sales, test hooks and formats, and iterate based on performance data.

You will own both static and video creative across paid social channels, collaborating with the creative strategist and marketing team to test concepts and optimize results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating paid social performance creative for DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating static and short-form video ads, including UGC-style content.
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative and testing.
• Ability to produce multiple variations and iterate from data.

Responsibilities

• Design performance-driven static and short-form video ads for Meta and other paid channels.
• Create UGC-style, testimonial, product-focused, motion and AI-generated creatives.
• Turn hooks and marketing concepts into direct-response ads.
• Produce multiple ad variations to test hooks, messaging, formats, and visuals.
• Utilize motion, typography, subtitles, and animation to boost performance.
• Leverage AI image/video tools in daily workflow.
• Analyze performance data and iterate with the team.
• Collaborate with creative strategist and marketing for winning directions.
• Manage a high volume of creative in a fast-paced environment.
