Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, development, and offboarding.
• Act as primary contact for employee and manager inquiries across multiple channels.
• Manage and resolve HR cases end-to-end, including transactions and escalation as required.
• Execute HR transactions through HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) ensuring data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations across HR processes.
• Maintain and govern HR knowledge content and documentation.
