You will act as a process and system expert for Workday, ServiceNow, SAP and SuccessFactors, guiding employees, managers and stakeholders. The role emphasizes documentation, ongoing process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and coaching less experienced teammates to sustain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services or related HR function.
• Experience managing complex employee lifecycle cases and HR operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, resolve issues independently and drive service excellence.
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience documenting and standardizing HR processes and knowledge materials.
• German language skills to support German-speaking employees and stakeholders.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex HR operations and employee lifecycle cases, ensuring timely and compliant resolution
• Act as a process and system expert for Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, SuccessFactors and related tools
• Support employees, managers and stakeholders with guidance on HR processes, policies and systems
• Create and maintain process documentation, knowledge articles and reusable guidance materials
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements, automation opportunities and better employee service experiences
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency, quality and scalability of HR service delivery
• Coach and guide less experienced team members handling recurring, complex or escalated cases
• Take greater ownership of stakeholder management, process governance and service improvement initiatives depending on experience
