Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Poland is seeking a Senior HR Support Specialist with German and English fluency to join our international HR Service Center. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering high-quality HR information and guidance while adhering to company policies and GDPR.

Key duties include handling HR queries, updating HRIS records (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations, shared services, or HR support.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
• First-line/support experience in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for HR queries from employees, managers and partners.
• Provide accurate information on HR policies, payroll, benefits and onboarding.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure records comply with GDPR and company policies.
• Escalate complex cases to Second Line HR and assist process improvements.
