Job summary

Endava is seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to support the Poland People Operations function, focusing on payroll, contracts, and employment-law compliance. This 18-month fixed-term role involves close collaboration with employees, managers, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely HR processes.

Based in Kraków, you will handle onboarding, changes, leaves, and documentation, while upholding local regulations and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Polish employment law.
• Experience with Polish payroll and external payroll providers.
• Ability to manage Polish leave and absence processes.
• Experience with HR systems and data protection.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle in Poland, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare Polish employment contracts and amendments.
• Coordinate payroll input and reconcile with providers.
• Manage Polish leaves: maternity, parental, sickness.
• Maintain legally compliant personnel files and SOX controls.
• Support year-end PIT-11 data validation.
