Job summary

Solid w Warszawie poszukuje doświadczonej osoby do działu People. Twoim zadaniem będzie planowanie i prowadzenie firmowych wydarzeń, od offsite’ów po spotkania zespołu, a także tworzenie pomysłów na prezenty dla pracowników i logistyki z tym związanej.

Będziesz wspierać komunikację HR i budowanie więzi zespołowych, pomagać w onboardingach nowych pracowników oraz promować employer branding na LinkedIn, Facebooku i Instagramie. Pracować z zespołem biura nad narzędziami HR, kontami i benefitami.

Qualifications

• Wymagane min. 3 lata doświadczenia w dziedzinie People (nie rekrutacja/administracja)
• Doskonała organizacja pracy i dbałość o szczegóły
• Zorientowanie na pracę zespołową i rozwiazywanie problemów
• Otwartość na feedback i różne perspektywy
• Gotowość do pracy w modelu hybrydowym i kontaktów międzynarodowych

Responsibilities

• Planowanie i prowadzenie wydarzeń firmowych (offsites, imprezy świąteczne, team celebrations)
• Wymyślanie i koordynacja prezentów dla pracowników

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run company events, including offsites, Christmas parties, team celebrations and remote bonding activities.
• Create employee gift ideas and coordinate their logistics.
• Support People communication and promote team bonding and participation.
• Help make onboarding smooth and engaging for new joiners.
• Support Employer Branding by promoting jobs on LinkedIn and Facebook and adding content to Instagram.
• Work with the office team to keep HR tools, accounts and benefits running.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• 3+ years of experience in the People field, excluding recruitment and administration.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, follow-through and genuine enjoyment of organising.
• Team-oriented, open to feedback and different perspectives, positive, creative and solution-focused.
• Willingness to challenge conventions and develop unusual ideas when appropriate.
• Availability to work from the Warsaw office 1–2 times weekly and occasionally meet US colleagues in the evenings.
• Native-level Polish and proficient English.
