Job summary

Talentplace is searching for a Recruitment Manager for its Polish operations. You will lead a small team and own end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with Hiring Managers in Poland and the United States to fill roles across the Silicon Valley scale-up ecosystem.

You will drive sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, and continuously improve processes. Fluency in English is required, with a strong Polish background, and a willingness to work from Warsaw when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably international.
• Startup mindset with ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on with ATS/HRIS (Lever/Personio or similar).
• Proven headhunting and direct sourcing for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small Recruitment Partners team (2–3 people).
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers in Poland and the U.S. to define hiring briefs.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and feedback.
• Improve processes, propose automation, and track key hiring metrics.
• Be hands-on when needed, hiring for senior roles and regional gaps.
