We are a Polish branch of a fast‑growing InsurTech product company from Silicon Valley - Hippo Insurance. Our mission is to revolutionize home insurance in the US, starting from IoT monitoring devices to our industry‑leading software.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will lead a small team (2–3 people) of Recruitment Partners, oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process, support individual growth, drive recruitment projects, and sometimes dive into hands‑on hiring.

• Lead and mentor the recruitment team
• Develop and improve recruitment processes and tools
• Co‑operate with Hiring Managers in Poland and the United States
• Assist in hands‑on recruitment for high‑level roles
• Use data to track key hiring metrics and propose automation or process improvements
• Monitor team workload, prioritize tasks, and deliver results

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience leading a recruitment team
• At least 6 years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a product company
• Proven track record of senior‑level headhunting and direct sourcing
• Experience with ATS/HRIS such as Lever or Personio
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills in Polish (C2) and English (B2/C1)
• Comfortable with operational recruitment activities and working in a fast‑moving environment
• Full‑time availability, with occasional evening and weekend work as required
