Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with data management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Tier 2 escalations related to HR data and lifecycle events.
• Execute complex HR transactions and lifecycle events (onboarding, job changes, terminations) with data accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between employees, vendors, and COEs to resolve inquiries and ensure service consistency.
• Collaborate on UAT for system enhancements and ensure regional nuances are incorporated.
• Analyze data trends in HRIS to identify friction points and recommend scalable improvements.
