Job summary

Unilever in Katowice is seeking a People Operations Specialist to ensure high-quality HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You will support onboarding, internal moves, exits, and organizational changes within a hybrid work setup.

You will work with HR teams, market partners and ServiceNow to provide timely, accurate HR data, drive process improvements and support Workday-based services for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar people-focused environment.
• Fluent Polish and professional English (B2+).
• Hands-on with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, moves, promotions, transfers, departures.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data is compliant.
• Handle inquiries via ServiceNow and other HR channels with timely, customer-focused solutions.
• Support payroll, compensation, and benefits processes with accurate employee data.
• Execute mass data changes with high accuracy and adherence to controls.
• Coordinate employee changes with HR teams and market stakeholders for a seamless experience.
• Identify and resolve data quality or system issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain process documentation and support Workday enhancements.
