Schneider Electric is hiring a People Operations Specialist in Poland to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will maintain accurate HR data, ensure compliance with Polish labor law, and support interns and external workers in collaboration with external agencies.

This role requires strong communication and data accuracy, with a focus on digitalizing HR processes. You will work with HR Partners, Payroll and employees to deliver timely, high-quality HR

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Polish labor law and employment documentation.
• Strong data quality focus with organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for Poland, including onboarding, changes and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation in line with Polish labor law.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems.
• Coordinate HR processes for interns and external workers with external agencies.
• Act as first point of contact for employees via tickets, chats and other channels.
• Support local HR campaigns and recurring lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll for timely execution of processes.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base content for self-service and chat support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and digitalize HR processes.
