Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on with HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow or SAP.
• Strong data management and employee lifecycle understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR administration across onboarding, moves, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday; ensure compliance.
• Respond to inquiries via ServiceNow and other HR channels with timely solutions.
• Support payroll, compensation, and benefits processes accurately.
• Drive data quality, investigate issues, and support process improvements.
