SKF Group in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a People Operations Specialist focused on Austria and the DACH region. You will support employees and managers across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and a positive employee experience.

This role is part of the DACH PX Operations Team, offering a hybrid work model, collaboration with HR partners, and opportunities to shape standardization and improvements across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, People Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in German-speaking countries; DACH experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of HR administration processes, employee documentation, and Time & Attendance activities.
• Solid customer service mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, UKG) and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Manage Time & Attendance activities in UKG, including shift administration and data accuracy checks.
• Support key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR query resolution.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees, managers, and HR partners across the DACH region.
• Maintain and audit employee data in HR systems, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and confirmations.
• Process requests and workflows through HR service platforms while ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and HR procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and support the standardization of HR services across the region.
