Job summary

Gruppo SKF in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support the DACH region. The role focuses on Austria and includes HR service delivery, data accuracy, and process standardization for a growing PX Operations team.

You will collaborate with HR partners across the DACH region, manage data in HR systems, and help shape new ways of working within a hybrid Poznań office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, People Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in German-speaking countries; DACH experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of HR administration processes, employee documentation, and Time & Attendance activities.
• Solid customer service mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, UKG) and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to employees, managers, and HR partners across the DACH region.

• Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and confirmations.
• Process requests and workflows through HR service platforms while ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and HR procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and support the standardization of HR services across the region.

People Operations Specialist - Austria

As a PX Operations Specialist, you will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on Austria as part of the DACH PX Operations Team. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate employee data, and a positive employee experience.

This is also a unique opportunity to join the DACH PX Service Hub during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. You will help shape new ways of working, support process standardization, and contribute to building a future-ready PX Operations organization.
