GOG is seeking a People Operations Specialist to keep HR processes compliant and running smoothly across payroll, B2B and civil law contracts, onboarding, personnel records and external reporting. You will coordinate with Finance, HR systems providers and external institutions to ensure accurate settlements, timely documents and timely annual settlements for payroll and benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and payroll or in People Operations.
• Knowledge of B2B and civil law contracts and compliance with law.
• Experience with external reporting (ZUS, GUS, US) and payroll processing.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage B2B and civil law contracts and employment contracts.
• Monthly settlements for B2B and civil law contractors, including invoice verification.
• Prepare payroll for civil law contractors, management board members and employees, and pass data to bookkeeping.
• Collaborate with external providers in the People area and review contracts.
